What to see and do in Moray
There is something to suit everyone along the Moray coast and Speyside.
Fochabers is a key stopping off point on the route of the Speyside Way, it boasts a fine Georgian church, Gordon Chapel and a folk museum. Baxters a family run soup and food manufacturing business since 1868. Baxters highland village has an excellent visitors centre and good quality restaurant. Fochabers also host the famous Speyfest in July and August, a festival of traditional and contemporary celtic music.
We are 5 minutes from the River Spey renowned for its famous salmon fishing, and 10 minutes from Spey Bay where you might be lucky enough to see dolphins, seals, otters and ospreys who frequent this beautiful coastal setting.
We live in the heart of the famous Whisky and Castle Trails and there are many wonderful walks and cycle routes in the surrounding area.
Golf courses are in abundance from amateur to challenging professional.
