Terms and Conditions

Booking:- We require Credit/Debit Card details as security when making a booking. Only deposit will be taken when booking remaining balance to be paid on departure.

Deposit:- To reserve a room we request a non-refundable deposit of £50. Payable by Cheque, Credit/Debit Card or Paypal via website.

Children:- Sorry we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age.

Your Liability:- Guests making a reservation at Trochelhill are respectfully reminded they are entering into a contract with our business and as such are responsible for full payment of the room(s) in the event of non appearance. It may be advisable to take out insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:- We have a three (3) day cancellation policy, your card will be charged with the full amount unless we are able to re-let the room.

Arrival & departure:- Arrival time for guests is from 3.00pm onwards (unless by prior arrangement) We ask guests to vacate their room(s) by 10.30am on the morning of departure.
